NIC Zuidlaren is the next show for Noora and Mikko. The 53nd edition of NIC Zuidlaren takes place from 24 until 28 October 2007. NIC Zuidlaren is the oldest indoor event in the Netherlands. This event offers topsport on all kinds of levels. Jumping, dressage and driving are permanent sections of this international event. Sunday: Mikko and Isaac du Jonquet second in the Zuidlaren Grand Prix!! Noora jumps with Atlas, Evli Popcorn, Silver Creek and Evita Imhoff, Mikael with Isaac du Jonquet, Tosca's Lena, Quinault and Noble Lady. ThursdayThursday marked the first day on the Zuidlaren show and was also the first outing in a long time for the two recovering horses Evli Popcorn and Quinault. Atlas and Isaac du Jonquet are to start their classes on Friday. FridayFriday marked a continuance to the Helsinki success, as Mikko and Isaac du Jonquet took both a placing and scored FEI -ranking points in Friday eve's 1m50 jump-off class. Noora and Evli Popcorn jumped also a placing, when the competed earlier in the day in 1m35 against the clock. The remarkable about the achievement is the fact that the mare has been of the shows for a full year. SaturdayOn Saturday our riders started in young horses and in the 1m35 speed round. In the youngsters Noora jumped Evita with one rail down on the 1m35 course. In the speed class Mikko jumped Quinault, riding a fluent and clean course slightly outside placings. Sunday![]() Mikko and Isaac continued their topform from Helsinki and finished second after jump-off in the Zuidlaren Grand Prix. There was only six clear rounds out of the fifty starts and Mikko and Isaac was the second fastest of only three double clear rounds. Mikko was very happy with his horse and considered it in top form. Mikko told it was a technical and rather big course, perhaps not quite as big as in Helsinki, but not that far either. For the jump-off there was nothing to loose. The winner Maikel van der Vleuten had a horse Mikael knew was very fast and not within their reach if clean. Yet Mikko and Isaac went flat out, finishing on a fabulous second place. Noora and Atlas placed about half-way the list on twelve faults. It was only their fifth class together, so it's all still very early days.
