Successful comeback in Valkenswaard

The 2008 edition of CSIO Bratislava features participants from 15 countries, with 13 teams to attend the Nations Cup competition. Overall there are 67 riders, with a total of 155 horses. The Finnish team with Mikael, Noora, Nina Fagerström and Piia Pantsu are newcomers in Bratislava.

From 10 to 12 July, the amazingly green showgrounds of Estoril are the home to the fifth leg of the Global Champions Tour. The showground will be filled with the world's best combinations of riders and horses, all trying to overcome the course which will be built by Frank Rothenberger. The German course designer will also co-design the courses at the Olympic Games in Beijing with Olaf Petersen. Estoril is a television live broadcast, which one can follow on Eurosport.

Friday: Mikael and Evli Nandele made a clear round in 1m50

Mikael and Noora are competing this week in CSI5* / CSI1* Monaco, which is the fourth leg of the prestigious Global Champions Tour. The competition is held in the middle of Monaco, down by the sea next to the well known swimming pool. It is an exquisite competition gathering the worlds best riders to compete for the fantastic price money. 

Thursday: Noora won 1m35 class, Mikael placed fifth in 1m45

Even though our competitive riders haven't competed during the last weekends it hasn't been quiet at Guttecoven- not at all! Warm summer days have been full of training and preparing for the up coming shows. Our young horses have had an well earned rest and they enjoy their lives in our grass fields. Also some of the older horses have been resting, taking a summer hoiday to keep their minds fresh for the future shows. And Rene Potters have joined our team again! Stal Forstén-Pentti two riders, Noora Pentti and Mikael Forstén have been engaged on May 31st, during a visit to their home country Finland. There is yet no word about a wedding date, but the busy couple told they are working on a suitable date.
