Mikael placed second with Evli Nandele in the 1m45 Grand Prix on Sunday. The win went to Holland’s Michel Hendrix, with the smallest of the margins, only 4 hundreds of a second faster than Mikael. Maiju placed 12th in the GP, after having a time fault for exceeding time allowed. Earlier on Sunday Maiju placed 5th in 1m40 with Calbay adding to the many good results from the weekend –look below.
The annual Gothenburg Horse Show in the Scandinavium Arena was held for the first time in the spring 1977. Since the start almost 2 million visitors have seen the world stars competing in Gothenburg in both showjumping and dressage. Two years Gothenburg was the stage of the FEI Rolex World Cup final and the historical particapation of a Finn in the final - Mikael Forstén!

Last year Mikael placed 5th in Bordeaux World Cup. Bordeaux and the World Cup has been a pair for ages. Right from the start in 1978, when the World Cup began, Bordeaux was part of the tour.
